Sara Jean Underwood was born March 26, 1984 in Scappoose, Oregon. She first appeared as the cover model for the October 2005 issue . She went on to become P-mate of the Month for July 2006 and 2007 of the Year in the June 2007 issue of the men’s magazine

Kara Monaco was born February 26, 1983 in Lakeland, Florida. She became P-Mate of the Month in June, 2005. She appeared on the cover of the June 2006 issue and of the Year 2006.

2005: Tiffany Fallon

Tiffany Fallon was born May 1, 1974 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She is P-Mate of the Year 2005. Fallon is of Irish American descent.

2004: Carmella DeCesare

Carmella Garcia is an American model who was P-Boy magazine’s Miss April 2003 and P-Mate of the Year for 2004. She is of Italian and Puerto Rican descent. She was featured in the 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in the players’ wives feature

2003: Christina Santiago

Christina Santiago was born October 15, 1981 in Chicago, Illinois. She is an American model and actress. She was one of three finalists of the Fox TV special Who Wants to Be a P-Boy Centerfold? and was chosen as P-Boy’s P-Mate of the Month in August, 2002. She then became P-Mate of the Year P-Boy in 2003. Her P-MateOY issue in June 2003 was the first to not feature the P-Mate on the cover.

Dalene Kurtis was born November 12, 1977. She was P-Boy’s P-Mate of the Month for September 2001 and P-Mate of the Year for 2002.

Brande Roderick was born June 13, 1974 in Novato, California. Brande is an American model and actress. She is perhaps best known for her appearances in Baywatch and P-Boy.

2000: Jodi Ann Paterson

Jodi Ann Paterson was born July 31, 1975. As her reward for being chosen as P-Mate of The Year she received $100,000 and a red Chevrolet Corvette. The Corvette also appeared in her P-Mate of the Year Video. According to her P-MateOY video, she is the first P-Mate of the Year to have a college degree.

Heather Kozar was born May 4, 1976, in Akron, Ohio. Kozar was P-Boy’s P-Mate of the Month for January 1998, appeared on the cover of the June 1999 issue of the magazine, and was voted P-Mate of the Year for 1999. She was also the St Pauli Girl for 2002.

1997: Victoria Silvstedt

Victoria Silvstedt was born September 19, 1974is a Swedish supermodel and former professional skier. In 1993, Silvstedt appeared in “Girls of Northern Europe” , in which she was photographed in full frontal nudity three years before appearing in P-Boy in 1996. After being approached by Hugh Hefner, she appeared as a centerfold in the December 1996 issue of P-Boy and was subsequently named P-Mate of the Year in 1997.

1996: Stacy Sanches

Stacy Sanches was born September 4, 1973 in Dallas, Texas. She was chosen as P-Boy’s P-Mate of the Month in March, 1995 and P-Boy’s P-Mate of the Year 1996. In June 1996, she was chosen German P-Mate of the Month.

1995: Julie Lynn Cialini

Julie Lynn Cialini was born Julie Lynn Smith on November 14, 1970 . She was a P-Boy P-Mate of the Month in February 1994 and was named P-Mate of the Year in 1995.

1994: Jenny McCarthy

Jenny McCarthy was born November 1, 1972. She first appeared in P-Boy magazine in October 1993 and was named P-Mate of the Year in its June 1994 issue. She later began a career in television and film and has recently started writing books.

1993: Anna Nicole Smith

Anna Nicole Smith first gained popularity in P-Boy, becoming the 1993 P-Mate of the Year. She modeled for clothing companies, including Guess jeans. She starred in her own reality TV show, The Anna Nicole Show.

Corinna Harney was born February 20, 1972. She is an American model and actress of Cherokee-Irish decent. She was chosen as P-Boy’s P-Mate of the Month for August, 1991 and P-Boy’s P-Mate of the Year 1992.

1991: Lisa Matthews

Lisa Matthews was born Lisa Reich on 24 September 1969 in Peoria, Illinois. She was chosen as P-Boy’s P-Mate of the Month for April 1990. A year later she beat Pamela Anderson for the honor of being 1991’s P-Mate of the Year. That year, Matthews appeared in the Bruce Willis film Hudson Hawk.
